The key to a healthy diet is moderation. So many portion sizes are out of control and therefore many of us find it hard to eat healthy snacks. Something as simple as replace condiments with low fat, or fat free can make a huge impact in the amount of calories that we are consuming daily. Read the labels, track how many calories are being consumed before eating consciously, most likely, you will be shocked at the difference!
Snacking can be a dieter's worst nightmare and although snack companies are making it easier by creating smaller portion sized snacks in individual packaging - sometimes the dieter would like a little something different. Just because a snack falls under the one hundred calorie line doesn't mean that it has to have little or no taste. The key to dieting with success is to be creative, this way - the dieter will not get bored with the routine and seek something different or full fat.
